Entertainment freight trucking
Staging, sound, lighting, LED walls, backline and sets – hauled on a show schedule by a carrier that comes from live events.
Concert & event freight
Freight that runs on show time
Event freight is different. The show date never moves, the truck has to be at the dock when the crew is, and the load goes back on in the order the crew needs it at the next venue. Touring Transportation is built for that – our sister company SR Audio has produced concerts, corporate events and tours since 2001.

FAQ
Questions we get
What is entertainment freight?
The equipment behind live events: staging, sound, lighting, video and LED walls, backline, sets, wardrobe and merchandise, moved on a show schedule rather than a warehouse schedule.
Do you only haul for tours?
No. We also haul for one-off shows, festivals, corporate events, theatrical productions, trade shows and production vendors, plus general dry van freight.
How is entertainment freight different from regular freight?
Show dates do not move. Trucks have to be at the dock when the crew is, packed in show order, and ready to leave the night of load-out. Our sister company SR Audio has produced events since 2001, so our team plans around how a show actually runs.
Are you a broker or a carrier?
We are a for-hire motor carrier, not a broker: the truck and driver on your load run under our own authority – USDOT 3423716, MC-1107426.
